Digital Products & Services
At SabaSMM, we specialize in digital services like social media marketing, online growth strategies, and other intangible digital products. Since these services are delivered online and customized to meet specific client requirements, they are not eligible for returns or refunds once the service has been initiated or the product has been delivered.
However, we understand that unforeseen issues can occur. Below are our refund and return guidelines.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Service Delivery Failures:
If SabaSMM fails to deliver the service you purchased as per the agreed terms (e.g., missed deadlines, incomplete work), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. All claims must be submitted within 7 days of the completion of the service.
Technical Issues:
If technical problems on our end prevent you from receiving or accessing a digital product (e.g., inaccessible download link, wrong file), we will make every effort to correct the issue or issue a refund. Please report such issues within 48 hours of purchase.
Subscription Services:
For any subscription-based services, cancellations can be made at any time. However, refunds for partially used subscription periods will not be issued. Any cancellations will be effective from the next billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Change of Mind:
Once digital products or services are delivered, they are considered final. Refunds will not be provided for purchases made in error or due to a change of mind.
Completed Services:
Once a service (e.g., social media marketing campaign) has been fully delivered, no refunds will be issued unless we fail to meet the agreed-upon deliverables.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please email our customer support team at sabasmmpanel@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of your issue. Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days, and we will notify you of the outcome via email.
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
